Shipping policy

PoolBox ships all products using internal company resources within a limited, managed service radius. Our shipping schedules and delivery timelines are designed to ensure consistency, safety, and quality control.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

 


 

1. Service Area & Fulfillment Method

PoolBox currently fulfills all deliveries internally, using company-owned vehicles and personnel. We do not utilize third-party carriers for standard subscription fulfillment.

Shipping availability is limited to customers located within our approved delivery radius.

 


 

2. PoolBox Subscription Delivery Schedule

All PoolBox subscription orders (Essential, Signature, Elite) are fulfilled on a fixed delivery schedule, regardless of the customer’s sign-up or purchase date.

Subscription Delivery Windows:

  • First Monday of each month

  • Third Monday of each month

Once a customer subscribes, their order will be included in the next scheduled delivery window based on this cadence.

📌 Important Notes:

  • Subscription deliveries do not ship immediately upon sign-up

  • Delivery timing is standardized to ensure operational efficiency

  • Customers acknowledge and agree to this schedule at the time of purchase

 


 

3. À La Carte Chemical Orders & Shipping Options

For non-subscription (à la carte) chemical purchases, customers may select from available shipping options at checkout.

Shipping options may include, but are not limited to:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express / Priority Shipping

  • Standard Shipping with Promotional Offers

Orders will be fulfilled within the timeframe associated with the selected shipping option. Delivery speed and processing priority are determined solely by the shipping package purchased.

 


 

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Route volume

  • Local access limitations

  • Safety or operational delays

PoolBox is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

 


 

5. Shipping Damage & Reporting Requirements

Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Damage Reporting Policy:

  • Any damage to boxes, containers, or contents must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Damage must be documented with clear photos and a written description

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe will result in the claim being null and void

Refunds or replacements for shipping-related damage will not be considered after the 24-hour window.

 


 

6. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

All shipping fees, including:

  • Express shipping

  • Priority handling

  • Promotional shipping upgrades

are non-refundable, even if a refund is issued for the product itself.

 


 

7. Delivery Access & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the delivery location

  • Accurate delivery information at checkout

  • That delivered packages are secured promptly after delivery

PoolBox is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after successful delivery.

 


 

8. Policy Abuse & Discretion

PoolBox reserves the right to:

  • Deny shipping damage claims that do not meet policy requirements

  • Modify delivery schedules for operational reasons

  • Suspend or terminate service for repeated abuse of shipping claims

All shipping-related determinations are made at PoolBox’s sole discretion.
